Click here to go to the Equifax press release which will direct you to the ENROLL tab whereby you can put your Last Name and last six digits of your Social Security Number in to see if your data was compromised. If compromised, Equifax offers additional steps whereby you can enroll for free credit report monitoring for the next year.
